Valerie L. Cap, 50, of Tiffin, died Friday, June 8, 2012, at Cleveland Clinic.
She was born March 6, 1962, in Tiffin, to Leroy O. and Beverly A. (Haudenshild) Taylor. She married Ed Cap and they later divorced.
Survivors include her parents, Leroy and Beverly Taylor of Tiffin; two sons, Chris (Lori) Bonhan and Shawn Cap, both of Tiffin; three daughters, Julia Cap of Tiffin and twins, Shannon and Shaelyn Emery of Owings, Md.; brother, Chad (Heather) Taylor of Tiffin; sister, Amy (Robert) Somers of Tiffin; and one grandchild.
Her memorial service is 4 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2012, at Bible Baptist Church, 130 Brace Ave., Tiffin.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, is handling arrangements.
