Tiffin reports

A woman reported Saturday afternoon five children were taking flowers from graves and removing solar lights at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, 712 S. Washington St.

A man reported Saturday evening his child was assaulted at Vic Wurm Field at Hedges-Boyer Park, 491 Coe St.

A person reported early Sunday morning a car alarm was going off on Harrison Street. A man was seen running toward the river. A truck's passenger-side window was broken out.

Renee N. Kin, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with hit-skip on public property Sunday after an incident Saturday.

County report

A person in the 600 block of East TR 122 reported early Sunday morning a man who was intoxicated and belligerent was there, and the person wanted him removed from the property. A man had facial injuries from being punched because he wouldn't get off of people.

Fostoria reports

A woman in the 800 block of South Main Street reported Saturday afternoon a girl threw something at her vehicle.

A 1000-block West Ridge Drive man reported property damage Saturday afternoon.

An 800-block Williston Avenue resident reported Saturday evening a wire was down. Someone had cut phone lines and tampered with a box.

A physical altercation occurred between two people in the 300 block of East North Street Saturday night.

A person from the emergency room of Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., requested an officer Saturday night for an assault. The person did not wish to file charges.

A woman in the 200 block of West Jones Road reported Sunday morning someone stole her credit cards and money that were left in her purse in her vehicle overnight.

A person reported Sunday morning a deer hit Geary Family YMCA, 154 W. Center St. Law enforcement was unable to locate the deer.

A 100-block East Crocker Street man reported Sunday afternoon someone broke his lock.

A person reported Sunday afternoon Mr. B's Cleaners & Laundry, 113 W. South St., was broken into and items were taken.

Tiffin accident

A car struck Burger King, 1760 W. Market St., Sunday morning. No one was injured.

County accidents

James S. Williams, 61, of Fremont, was cited with a stop sign violation after an accident at East CR 50 and South CR 15 Thursday morning. He and the other driver, Rachel L. Hudacek, 16, of Republic, were taken by Tiffin EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

Four people went to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after an accident at West US 224 and West TR 54 Friday. Those involved were driver Richard E. Reser, 51, of Tiffin, and a passenger, Andrew Seitz, 52, of Republic. Another driver was Brittany N. Poole, 19, of Fostoria, and a passenger, Lindsay N. Reinhart, 19, of Tiffin.

State Patrol accident

Tricia Cassidy, 17, of Fostoria, was taken by Bascom EMS to Fostoria Community Hospital after an accident on CR 592 Saturday afternoon.

A two-vehicle, possible injury accident was reported in the 200 block of South CR 7 Saturday afternoon.

Fostoria accident

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a non-injury accident at South Union and West South streets Sunday morning.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a brush or brush and grass mixture fire at 235 Front St. Saturday night.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to an open burning complaint in the 100 block of East Clark Street Saturday night. They found an open burn at 129 E. Eagle St. The resident extinguished the fire.

Firefighters found a resident at 1000 S. Main St. had an open burn Saturday night. They advised the resident of the ordinance and law, and the resident extinguished the fire.

Bascom firefighters responded to an accident on South CR 7 Saturday afternoon.
