ATTICA - The West Ohio Food Bank and the Attica Community Food Pantry are sponsoring a "Feed-A-Friend" food distribution at the Attica Fairground Craft Building. Last year, more than 100 families participated. This year's giveaway is to take place 11 a.m.-1 p.m. June 7.
Free food, such as breads, meats, juices and produce, are to be distributed to income eligible families who live in Seneca County. Examples of eligibility are: one-person household monthly income, $1,815; four-person household monthly income, $3,725. For each additional household member, add $637. People do not need to be patrons of the Attica or other area food pantries. Food is to be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
