BLOOMVILLE - Bliss Memorial Public Library's adult summer reading theme is "Look Whooo's Reading" and is to run through the month of June. Registration begins Tuesday when reading tickets are to be available. Participants must fill out one reading ticket for every book and book on CD or every three magazines they read. The first drawing is to be June 11, and the grand prize is to be given away July 2.
