Greg and Ann Waire celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a 4:30 p.m. Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin, followed by a family dinner.
They were married May 27, 1972, at St. Mary Catholic Church by the Rev. James E. Peiffer.
Greg, the son of Dorothy Waire of Tiffin and the late Donald Waire, is retired from Ohio Department of Transportation.

Ann is the daughter of the late Vincent and Margaret Gaietto. She is employed at Fresh Encounter Inc., Findlay.
They have three children, Christine (John) Arend, Joanna (Jim) Spawn and Randy (Melissa) Waire, all of Tiffin. Nine grandchildren complete their family.
