Leif E. Fortney, 30, of Attica, was charged with child endangerment Tuesday night. He also was cited with reckless operation, peeling tires and a child restraint violation.
Robert E. Cordell, 41, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Thursday.
Amanda S. Wahl, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with child endangerment Thursday.

A 200-block North Union Street woman reported Friday morning someone broke into her car that was parked in a garage. Two 500-block North Union Street people also reported garages and vehicles were entered.
State Patrol
A single vehicle accident was reported on South US 23, north of US 224, Friday afternoon. At least one person was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital. Further details were not available Friday night.
A single-vehicle rollover accident was reported Friday afternoon on South SR 19, south of Republic. Life Flight transported one person from the scene, according to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office. Further details were not available Friday night, a State Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.

Leslie A. Reinhard, 29, of New Riegel, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control following a one-vehicle accident early Friday morning in the first block of Sycamore Street.
