Paul and Carolyn Balliett of Tiffin celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary April 22, 2012.
The couple married April 22, 1972, at Tiffin First Church of the Nazarene.
Paul is the son of the late Edwin Balliett and Juanita Balliett. He is retired from National Machinery LLC.

Carolyn is the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Niederhouse and is the assistant cook at Seneca County Opportunity Center.
They are the parents of two children, Paula (Matt) Brown of Pickerington and Susan (Andrew) Fox of Blacklick. Seven grandchildren complete their family.
Family and friends attended a celebration at their home Sunday, April 22. A vacation is planned later this year to Disney, Florida.
