Ralph Smith, 64, of Clyde, died Monday, May 14, 2012, at his home.
He was born Sept. 26, 1947, in Fremont, to Robert and Evelyn (Maines) Smith. He married Susan (Drake) Oct. 30, 1971, in Clyde, and she survives.
He also is survived by a daughter, Jamie (fiance Isaiah Meacham) Smith of Clyde; five sisters, Virgie Sherwood of Bellevue, Ruth (J.E.) Wilson of Ennice, N.C., and Stella (Charles) Parks, Linda (Bobby) Parks and Debra (Mark) Cantu, all of Bellevue; two brothers, Jack (Melissa) Smith of Bellevue and Larry Smith of Clyde; three grandchildren; three brothers-in-law, Dale (Sandy) Drake of Fremont and Roger Drake and Charles (Lois) Drake, both of Hartville; a sister-in-law, Terri (Charles) McGee of Helena; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Sandy Pendleton and Elsie Meyer; two brothers, Bobby Smith and Robert Smith Jr.; two brothers-in-law, Robert Sherwood and Jim Drake; and sister-in-law, Constance Lowe.
Visitation is 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012, at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
His funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery, Bellevue.
