Jeffrey Hayward, 40, died Sunday, May 13, 2012, at The Bellevue Hospital.
He was born June 18, 1971, in Fremont, to Graydon "Bud" and Tonya (Shinabery) Hayward. He married Danielle (Sharp) July 19, 1997, at Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue, and she survives.
He also is survived by three sons, Brandon Asa, Aiden William and Logan Jeffrey: and a daughter, Aria Kait, all at home; his parents; two brothers, Greg G. Hayward and Mark A. Hayward, both of Bellevue; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kim and Monica Sharp of Bellevue; brother-in-law, Chris Sharp of Reynoldsburg; and sister-in-law, Kaitlynn Sharp of Bellevue.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
His funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 Center St., Bellevue. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
