A daughter, Hailey Joy-Marie Newland, was born Thursday, May 10, 2012, to Rebecca and Matthew Newland of Bettsville. Hailey weighed 7 pounds and measured 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are David and Vicki Smalley of Bettsville. Paternal grandparents are Rick and Cathy Newland of Kenton.
