Judith L. Kapelka, 48, of Tiffin, was cited with turn and stop signals after an accident on SR 587 Saturday morning. She was taken by Bascom EMS to Fostoria Community Hospital.
Paul E. Jones, 67, of Republic, was cited with failure to stop at a stop sign after an accident at CR 36 and TR 79 Saturday evening.

Thomas L. Garza Jr., 78, of Findlay, was cited with a red light violation after an accident at East South and South Main streets Wednesday morning. The other driver, Kathryn E. Ford, 24, of Fostoria, and a passenger, Chase A. Dean, 3, of Fostoria, were taken by Fostoria Fire Division to Fostoria Community Hospital.
