The State Highway Patrol was on the scene of two accidents Friday evening in Seneca County.
The first crash occurred at 5:04 p.m. at SR 101 and TR 76, and involved three vehicles. According to a spokesperson for the highway patrol, a vehicle slowed on SR 101 for a left turn onto TR 76, and was struck from behind by another vehicle, which had also been rear-ended. She said it was a chain reaction crash, and injuries were involved.
Further details were not available Saturday afternoon.
The second crash occurred at 5:21 p.m. on CR 25.
The highway patrol spokesperson said Joseph Michelakis, 37, of Findlay, was travelling eastbound on CR 25 on a motorcycle when he struck a sign and the motorcycle overturned.
Michelakis was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital by EMS, and was cited for operating without reasonable control.
