Connie Clouse, 51, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence Thursday.

Dylan Carter, 26, of Tiffin, was charged Thursday with trafficking drugs.

A 900-block West Market Street caller reported Thursday afternoon prescription drugs were found on a student.

After a girl fell from her bike Thursday afternoon, a first-block Charlotte Street caller reported the mother was placing blame and causing a disturbance.

A 1700-block West Market Street caller requested an officer Thursday afternoon because her daughter was being teased on the bus.

A caller in the 100 block of Hall Street reported Thursday afternoon kids were playing ball and hitting her house, and when confronted, they swore at her.

A caller reported Thursday evening three boys were on top of a shelter at Oakley Park and had turned over picnic tables.

A cashier in the first block of Melmore Street reported Thursday evening a person tried to take something, but was stopped. The person then returned and harassed the cashier.

A complaint about staff in the 300 block of Wentz Street was made early Friday morning.

Suspicious activity was reported Friday morning in the 100 block of Shepherd Drive.

Police were notified Friday afternoon that a residence in the 200 block of Main Street was broken into.

Derrick Flynn, 23, of Tiffin, was charged Friday with operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Dion Fey, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs after an accident Thursday night at North Union and Elm streets.

A caller in the 500 block of West Tiffin Street reported Thursday afternoon receiving a harassing phone call.

A 900-block Walnut Street caller reported Thursday afternoon someone had broken into the home.

A 1000-block East Fremont Street caller reported Thursday someone tried to gain entry into the home next door, which was condemned. According to the report, entry into the crawlspace had been forced.

A person went to the station Thursday to report medication had been stolen from a car when it was parked at 1111 N. Countyline St.

A 400-block Stadium Drive caller reported Thursday evening her neighbor was drunk and urinating in public.

A caller reported Thursday evening about 15 children were climbing on an RV.

The emergency room at Fostoria Community Hospital requested an officer Thursday night for an uncooperative patient.

A caller from Fostoria Scrap Yard, 581 Plaza Drive, reported Friday morning a metal grate had been stolen.

A 4000-block SR 100 caller reported early Thursday morning someone was messing with her electricity.

A deputy was called to a disturbance Thursday afternoon in the 6000 block of South TR 113.

A harassment report was made Thursday afternoon in the first block of East SR 18.

A caller in the first block of North TR 207 reported Thursday night she believed her ex was stalking her, and she was frightened for herself and her children.

A 7000-block South SR 4 caller reported early Friday morning people were in his barn, and he believed they were stealing scrap.

Fostoria accidents

Thomas Ciarza, 78, of Findlay, was cited with a red light violation after an accident Wednesday on East South Street.

Kimberly Terrell, 26, of Fostoria, was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident Thursday on West Fourth Street.

Angel Eufracio, 18, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident Thursday on West Jackson Street.

A caller reported Thursday afternoon a bicyclist had been struck at West High and Countyline streets.

An accident occurred Thursday night at North Union and Elm streets. One person was arrested.

An accident occurred Friday afternoon at East Lytle Street and South US 23.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to Countyline and High streets Thursday afternoon for an accident involving a bicycle and a truck.

Firefighters responded to Union and Elm streets Thursday night for an injury accident.

County fire
