This year marks the centenary of service in the Diocese of Toledo for the Sisters of Mercy.
"Honoring our Past, Affirming Our Future," the celebration of this milestone, is to begin with an evening prayer at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Church in Tiffin, followed by a reception.
For the past 100 years, Sisters of Mercy have served in health care, education, social service, parish and spiritual ministries throughout the diocese. They continue to be a presence within all of these ministries.
