Boy Scout Troop 400 in McCutchenville is to conduct its annual flower sale and car wash 8 a.m.-noon Saturday at the community center in McCutchenville. The troop plans to sell flats, geraniums and hanging baskets. Troop members also plan to collect old flags are ready to be retired.
