BLUFFTON - Randy Lambert, son of Mark and Donna Lambert, is to participate in a cross-cultural experience in New York City. He and other Bluffton University students are to live in spaces near Colombia University and in Tibeca, in lower Manhattan, site of the resurging Ground Zero neighborhoods. For two weeks, students are to engage in service-learning projects in Brooklyn and Washington Heights neighborhood. Lambert is a graduate of Buckeye Central High School.
