OLD FORT - Kathryn Reinhart held Calvert's batters in check and scored the game's first run Saturday in Old Fort's 2-1 Division IV sectional semifinal win.
Reinhart surrendered only two hits and four walks, and gave the Stockaders a 1-0 lead in the top of the second when Kelly Miller singled her in.
Old Fort snapped a 1-all tie in the fifth when Michaela Davidson led off with a triple and scored on Makenzie Gillet's single, and Reinhart allowed only one baserunner after that.
Gillet ended with two hits and Reinhart singled for Old Fort, which plays St. Wendelin on Thursday at 5 p.m.
Calvert's run came in the bottom of the fourth, when Jordan Gase reached on an error and scored on Samantha Beckley's ground out.
Beckley and Margaret Sowers both singled for the Senecas. Haley Steiner took the loss.

H-L disposes of Bobcats
OLD FORT - Hopewell-Loudon built a 10-0 lead by the end of the third inning before plating 10 in the fourth Saturday in a 20-1 Division IV sectional semifinal win over Bettsville.
The Chieftains (8-14) advance to play Lakota in Tuesday's final at Old Fort at 5 p.m.
Lauren Trumpler and Hailee Hill both doubled and singled for H-L, with Trumpler adding three runs and Hill scoring two.
Abby Park had a double and three RBIs, Katie Brickner scored twice and singled twice, Racquel Hossler scored three times and singled, Alicia Frank had four runs and a single and Erin Gilbert scored twice.
Aubrey Affholder got the win.
Brianna Twigg singled and scored for the Bobcats and Miranda Bisson singled. Abby Orwig suffered the loss.
Carey rallies for win
MOUNT BLANCHARD - Carey was six outs away from being eliminated from the tournament in the sectional semifinals against Riverdale. Down 3-2, the Blue Devils rallied for seven runs in the sixth inning for a 9-3 victory.
Carey moves on the play New Riegel in a sectional final 5 p.m. Wednesday at Riverdale.
Ali Rymer picked up the win for the Blue Devils, striking out nine and allowing just three hits. Rymer helped her own cause with a base hit and RBI.
Jessica Wyatt had a pair of singles and a double for Carey, driving in two runs. Erin Boes had a base hit and also drove in a pair. Taylor Fletcher added three hits and an RBI.
Haley Hoepf and Audrey Hotelling also picked up RBIs. Hoepf had two hits.
Adelsperger's no-no keys Mohawk
MOUNT BLANCHARD - Kasey Adelsperger struck out nine in a five-inning no-hitter Saturday as Mohawk blanked Vanlue 10-0 in a Division IV sectional semifinal.
Adelsperger only allowed five walks by the Wildcats, sending Mohawk to Tuesday's finals against Arlington.
Taylor McClain drove in two runs and tripled for the Warriors, MacKenzie Sowers chases in three runs and doubled and Clara Adelsperger had two runs and two RBIs off a double and single.
Molli Cartwright added three runs and two singles, Nikki Kieffer had two runs and two singles and Sarah Runion singled twice.
Clear Fork ousts TC
LEXINGTON - Clear Fork held Columbian to three hits in a 3-0 Division III sectional semifinal win over the Tornadoes on Saturday.
Losing pitcher Paige Correll (2-18) singled for TC, as did Autum Kuzma and Valesha Province.
Surge in second fuels Rams
SHELBY - Brigitte Snow homered and Upper Sandusky gained momentum with a six-run second inning Saturday to beat Wynford 9-4 in Division III sectional final action.
The Rams snapped a scoreless tie with their six-run burst and pushed the lead to 9-0 by the end of the fifth.
Alli Smith fanned five and scattered six hits, five walks and a hit batter to get the win.
Teahl Rice helped with a double and two runs, Maranda Stansbery lined two singles and scored, Savannah Piecha doubled and scored, Lexa Cheney singled and scored, Snow scored twice and Michaela Wolfe and Haeleigh Ebert both scored.
The Rams move on to the district semifinal at Clyde, May 16 against either Milan Edison or Margaretta.
