A son, Owen Joseph Risner, was born Tuesday, April 30, 2012, to Tara and Jerry Risner of Fostoria. Owen weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces, and measured 17 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Mark and Karen Wilkins of Port Clinton and Randy Smith of Fremont. Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Millie Risner of Fostoria.
