A woman in the 100-block of Hall Street reported that a shed in her backyard had been broken into and some items were missing.
Melody A. Steinmetz, 35, was charged with dog at large Wednesday.
Wednesday morning an employee at Kroger gas station, 790 W. Market St., reported a subject had driven off without paying for $25 worth of gas.

County reports
A student from Hopewell-Loudon, 290 N. CR 7, reportedly brought in a cake that possibly contained marijuana Wednesday afternoon.
A bad check was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 800 block of South Bon Aire Avenue.
A juvenile in the 1000 block of North Marion Street was charged with resisting arrest Wednesday afternoon.
Neil F. Robinson, 48, of Marion, was charged with a violation of his parole Wednesday.

Brian D. Alger was cited with failure to control following a non-injury accident reported at SR 18 and US 224 Wednesday morning.
Deidra L. Brown, 22, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to obey a traffic control device and prohibited right turn Wednesday afternoon.
