Avenue reported Monday afternoon his vehicle had been broken into overnight and several items were missing.
A woman in the first block of Teakwood Drive reported Monday afternoon that someone had attempted to break into her residence by pushing up on one of her window screens.
Todd R. Kelser, 55, of Green Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.
Tammy S. Metzger, 53, of Findlay, was charged with theft Tuesday after attempting to steal a television from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.

A theft was reported at Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., Monday afternoon.

Chris Brubaker was charged with disorderly conduct after he assaulted a man at Gordon Bloom Tree Service, 8437 TR 105, Monday afternoon.
An attempted break-in was reported at the Geary Family YMCA Center, 10130 W. SR 18, Tuesday afternoon.

Kearstin G. Bailey, 19, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance on Wentz Street Friday afternoon.
A non-injury accident was reported at Jefferson and Main streets Monday afternoon.
Martha Busse was cited with failure to control following a non-injury accident in the 400 block of East Perry Street Monday night.
Amada L. Riedel, 25, was cited for improper start and backing Monday afternoon following a non-injury accident in the first block of East Market Street.
A semitruck hit a power pole at the dead end turn at Adams and Franklin streets early Tuesday morning. Power outages were caused by the accident. No injuries were reported and the driver was able to leave the scene.
Fostoria accidents
A vehicle hit another vehicle parked in the 300 block of South Union Street Monday afternoon.
A woman in the 1000 block of Cherry Street said her car had been egged Tuesday morning.
Tiffin fire
Firefighters were called out Monday evening to 545 W. Market St. for a smoke detector activation caused by burned food.
