State Patrol accident
Donald L. Mallot, 62, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield the right of way at an intersection after an accident at TR 25 and TR 42 in Sandusky County Sunday morning. The other driver, Lisa M. Skaggs, 36, of Bradner, was taken to Fremont Memorial Hospital.
