Gregory A. Schneider, 57, of Bellevue, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at his home.
He was born March 31, 1955, in Bellevue, to Berdell L. and Jeanette G. (Siesel) Schneider. He married Eva (Williams) Nov. 30, 1973, and she survives in Bellevue.
Also surviving are his mother, Jeanette Hay of Bellevue; four children, Jason (Amy) Schneider of Fremont, Angela (Matt Nason) Schneider, Shawn (Michelle) Schneider and Natalie (Thomas DeWitt) Schneider, all of Bellevue; nine grandchildren; two siblings, Mike (Kathy) Schneider of Marblehead and Connie (Lee) Watson of Bellevue; seven stepsiblings; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Berdell Schneider; mother-in-law, Eva Williams; father-in-law, Clarence Williams; brother-in-law, Neal Moore; and stepbrother, Don Hay Jr.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue. An Eagle service will be at 1:45 p.m.
His funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday, May 3, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bellevue, with the Rev. Jonathan Wight officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Bellevue.
