Marilyn E. Faust, 77, of Tiffin Street, Fostoria, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital.
She was born Dec. 14, 1934, in Fostoria, to Carl and Dorothy (Markle) Dillon. She married Harold Faust Sept. 5, 1964, in Columbus, and he died Jan. 1, 1997.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Faust; adopted daughter, Linda Manecke; and a brother, Terry (Bea) Dillon, all of Fostoria; five sisters, Marjorie A. Smith of Tucson, Ariz., Janice (Don) Nelson of Fostoria, Joan (Terry) Haughawout of Bloomdale, Barbara (Bill) Walker of Findlay and Linda Byrd of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lisa Faust; and brother, Eldon "Matt" Dillon.
Her funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, with the Rev. Tress Hodkinson officiating. Burial will follow at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today May 1 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to First Christian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
