Jennifer Lynn Smith, 57, of Tiffin, died at 3:06 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.
Jennifer was born Nov. 30, 1954, in Tiffin, to Art and Betty (Porter) Ohler.
Jennifer is survived by a daughter, Megan Lynn Smith; two grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Smith and Dylan Parker Smith; a brother, Larry (Ginny) Ohler; and a sister, Judy (Lanny) Sherer, all of Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Arthur Ohler.
She was a 1973 Columbian High School graduate and had been a cook at various restaurants in Tiffin.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m., followed by her funeral at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, OH 44883, (419) 447-3113. Burial will be at a later date.
