Tiffin Mall Bingo Hall is to conduct a special afternoon bingo Sunday.
John Sherer, coordinator for the Wednesday Night Red Cross bingo games, said the doors will open at 11 a.m. to allow people who want to sit in a certain area of the bingo hall to get their seat. There will be no saving of seats.
The first 50 bingo players through the door will receive a free dauber and the first 100 players to go through the line and purchase a bingo package for $20 will receive a free drink ticket. The package includes all the cards for the day except the special early bird jackpot game.
Participants who bring a guest who is not on the bingo mailing list, and the new person buys a $20 bingo package, will be given 10 chances to win a new slim-line 47-inch Vizio TV with Internet accessibility. Sherer said the Vizio TV sells new for $798 plus tax. The TV will be given away just before the last bingo game of the day, and 10 $20 gas cards are to be given as door prizes.
In addition, payouts will be $50 per game for each of six early bird games, and regular bingo games will pay $100 each.
Food and drinks are to be available, along with instant tickets. Doors open at 11 a.m., early birds start at 2 p.m. and regular bingo starts at 3 p.m.
Workers are volunteers and proceeds go to Fostoria and Tiffin American Red Cross and to Pantry Plus of Seneca County.
