Jennifer M. Schindler, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

A person in the first block of East Perry Street reported Saturday afternoon a vehicle was broken into.

A first-block Park Avenue man reported Saturday evening several boys were shooting BB guns and shot a portable toilet he was in.

A person reported possible fraud Saturday evening.

A person from Tiffin University reported early Sunday morning the scent of marijuana on people getting out of a van in the 100 block of South Sandusky Street.

A person from Tiffin University reported early Sunday morning people were breaking out windows.

A woman reported early Sunday morning DP's, 129 S. Washington St., served her 17-year-old daughter alcohol.

A person in the 600 block of West Market Street reported early Sunday morning a person threw a milkshake on a vehicle.

A person in the 300 block of Ella Street reported Sunday morning damaged property.

Jamey J. Losey, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with dog-at-large Sunday afternoon.

Seth A. Gibson, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with restrictions of possession of fireworks Sunday evening.

County reports

People reported Saturday evening four vehicles were broken into at Sorrowful Mother Shrine, 4106 N. SR 269.

A man requested to speak to a deputy early Sunday morning about drug activity at The Nest, 11315 W. SR 18, involving his wife.

Fostoria reports

Bradley A. Brooks, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct, theft and obstructing Saturday morning.

A 300-block West South Street woman reported Saturday afternoon her husband threw food at her.

A person reported Saturday night a person threw a glass of soda at a door in the 1000 block of Peeler Drive.

A deputy advised Saturday night there were three shoplifters at Kroger, 126 W. High St.

A woman in the 700 block of South Wood Street reported Saturday night there was a briefcase containing important papers missing from her unlocked vehicle.

A woman reported early Sunday morning a man beat her up. Charges were to be filed.

A 400-block Sunset Drive woman reported Sunday afternoon her house was burglarized, and numerous items were missing.

A person reported Sunday afternoon roosters were making a lot of noise in the 1000 block of Buckley Street. The people were preparing the animals for dinner and were advised of the complaint.

County accident

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West US 224 and South SR 231 Sunday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to an alarm system activation at 298 Noble St. Saturday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

Firefighters were called to a trash or rubbish fire that was contained at 458 2nd Ave. early Sunday morning.
