Milo M. Walters, 89, of Fostoria, died Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital, Fostoria.
He was born Oct. 6, 1922, in Wood County, to Irvin and Edna (Weaver) Walters. He married Phyllis M. Correll Dec. 26, 1944, in New Rochester, and she died Oct. 13, 2004.
He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Walters of Dayton and Tom (Jodi) Walters of Fostoria; two daughters, Kay (Mark) Konwiczka of Risingsun and Linda (Lynn) Bridinger of Tiffin; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He also was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and six sisters.
Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Monday at Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria.
Private graveside services will be Tuesday at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria, with the United Veterans of Fostoria providing military honors.
