The former Walmart building on West Market Street is in the process of changing ownership after being bought by Rural King.
"The closing on the deal will be within the next two weeks," Mayor Aaron Montz said Friday.
A representative of Rural King did not return a call Friday.
Rural King is slated to open in September, according to Montz.
