CAREY - Carey's girls track team won all four relays Tuesday night as the Blue Devils blasted past Vanlue and New Riegel.
The Blue Devils tallied 109 1/2 points, which was 80 points better than second place Vanlue. New Riegel mustered 23 points.
Carey won the 4x800 (11:27.09), 4x200 (1:55), 4x100 (55.7) and 4x400 (4:37.9). Gwen Wentling was on the latter of those three relays and won the 200 dash (28.4). Jenna Jesko was on the first and last relays and won the 800 run (2:45.1). Monique Altvater was best in the long jump (16-5) and triple jump (29-9) and was part of the 4x100 relay. Amber Spurlock was a member of the 4x200 relay and 4x400 relay while Joanna Worst was part of the 4x800 and 4x400 relays. Oriana Billock raced on the 4x200 and 4x100 relays and Jackie Troiano ran on the 4x800 relay and then won the 3,200 run (13:49). Bo Underwood rounded out the 4x800 relay, Mikayla Putnam the 4x200 relay and Paige Roszman the 4x100 relay.

Bowling Green State University-bound Taylor Decker won the discus (116-4) and shot put (33-4). Dana Newell was first in high jump (5-0) and Seneca Malcuit was tops in the pole vault (7-6).
New Riegel was paced by Olivia Borer who won the 100 hurdles (17.0) and 300 hurdles (55.3). Abby Cassidy took top honors in the 1,600 run (6:08.2).
Carey's boys weren't a top scorer in the individual track events but swept every relay in a 70 1/2-66 victory over Vanlue. New Riegel was third with 42 1/2 points.
Carey started off with a 9:32.38 clocking for first in the 4 x 800. It continued to claim the 4 x 200 (1:42.2), 4 x 100 (47.6) and 4 x 400 (4:07.9).
Tommy Arredondo tied for first in the high jump (5-10) while Ben Kromer won the 1,600 (5:25.9)
Tim Reinhart paced New Riegel with wins in the 110 hurdles (16.7) and long jump (18-7) and a second in the 100 (12.3).
SE sweeps quad
ATTICA - Seneca East swept a home quad-meet with Midland Athletic League foes Hopewell-Loudon, Old Fort and Mohawk. The Tiger girls tallied 118 points, distancing themselves from second place Hopewell-Loudon's 72. Old Fort was third with 35 followed by Mohawk with 24. Seneca East's boys scored 102 points while Old Fort edged out Hopewell-Loudon for second, 72-70. Mohawk was fourth with 12.
For the girls, three Tigers had multi-win days. Marissa Willman swept the hurdle events taking the 100 in 17.7 and the 300 in 52.9. Ashton Daniel swept the throwing events, tossing the discus 101-1 and the shot 37-4. Megan Felter took first in the long jump (16-9) and triple jump (32-1). Christine Brazie added a first in the 200 (30.2) and Hannah Hahler won the 100 (13.2).
Hopewell-Loudon got firsts from Erin Reinhart-Anez in the 1,600 (6:03.5) and 800 (2:45.4), and Hailey Schreiner in the 400 (1:15.0).
For Old Fort, Molly Cleveland took the high hump (4-10) and Alexis Rhodes was first in the 3,200 (13:30).
Mohawk's top finish was a pair of seconds from Kristen Weininger in the 100 hurdles (18.4) and the 300 hurdles (55.7).
On the boys side, Ben Hahler swept the throwing events for Seneca East. He took the discus with a toss of 116-2 and the shot by throwing 45-5. Aaron Straughsbaugh won the 110 hurdles (16.4) and the triple jump (39-6 ). Brad McConnell took the 400 in 54.6.
Old Fort got firsts from Zach Alexander in the 3,200 (10:20), 1,600 (4:57) and the 800 (2:12.0). Nathan Alexander took the 200 (23.7) and 800 (2:12.0). The Stockaders also got a first from Cody Garn in the high hump (5-8).
Hopewell-Loudon took the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays. The Chieftains also got individual wins from Ben Bodart in the 300 hurdles (45.3) and Taylor Bustillos in the 100 (11.8).
For Mohawk, Josh Messersmith finished third in the 110 hurdles (17.6).
TC girls win, TC boys 2nd at Sandusky
SANDUSKY - Columbian's girls won a pair of relays, and Autumn Nichols won the hurdles as the Tornadoes won a tri-meet with Milan Edison and Sandusky.
TC scored 78 points, while Edison had 57 and the Streaks had 39.
On the boys side, Sandusky won the meet with 79 points. The Tornadoes (50) placed second and Edison third (46).
In the girls 4x800 relay, TC's Hannah Musil, Alex Foncannon, Megan Moore and Nicole Davisson won in 11:05. In the 4x200, Columbian's McKenna Theis, Tara Baker, Annie Demith and Tori Stephens won the event in 1:53.9.
Nichols took the 100 hurdles in 16.42, and the 300 hurdles in 46.9.
Columbian's Brittany Flint won the high jump in 4-8, and the long jump in 14-4 3/4. TC's Chandler Carley won the pole vault, clearing 9-0.
In the boys meet, Columbian's Chris Gates won the 3,200 in 10:41.
