Loretta Eileen Feasel

Loretta Eileen Feasel, 91, of Clyde and formerly of Tiffin, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012, at her residence.

Loretta was born Feb. 18, 1921, in Tiffin, to Clarence Andrew and Vera Marie (Rober) Lorentz. She married Willis Joseph Feasel Feb. 13, 1941, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, and he is deceased.

Survivors include two sons, James Michael Feasel of Clyde and Joseph Allen Feasel of Tiffin; a daughter, Nadine Marie Feasel, also of Tiffin; a brother, Clarence Peter Lorentz of Newport, Mich.; two sisters, Lucille A. Wott of Clyde and Margaret K. Wisenberger of Tiffin; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Loretta worked for GE over 22 years, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and a 1939 graduate of Columbian High School.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and three sisters.

Her Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. The rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, with a wake service at 3:45 p.m., at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Tiffin, at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice.
