Edith M. Green, 88, of Bellevue, died Saturday, April 21, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 26, 1923, in Huron County, to Henry and Rosellia (Hosang) Martin. She married Howard Charles Green Nov. 27, 1943, in Monroeville.
She is survived by her son, Larry Green of Bellevue; three daughters, Bonnie (Marvin) Bechtel of Rickman, Tenn., Donna (Hank Swart) Green of Bellevue and Sue Ann (Del Horsley) Bishop of Bellevue; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Corrine (Jack) Criswell of Sandusky and Helen (Delmore) Morgan of Browntown, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Alfred Martin; a granddaughter; and a great-grandson.
Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. today at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, and 9 a.m. until her funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St., Bellevue. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
