Tiffin reports

A 100-block Hall Street caller reported being harassed Friday afternoon.

A caller reported Friday evening four males and six females were near the pool smoking, and he believed they were under age. The caller also said the females were going into their purses and appeared to be snorting something. The subjects were leaving when police arrived.

A caller from Taco Bell, 630 W. Market St., reported Friday night the restaurant was getting harassing phone calls from an unhappy customer who had already caused a scene.

Sherri Hare, 55, of Tiffin, was charged early Saturday morning with operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to yield a traffic control device.

A caller reported Saturday morning she heard loud thuds and her back door open around 4:30 a.m. According to the report, she thought it was the wind, but found boot prints on her door.

A person was at the station Saturday morning to report she purchased laundry detergent on Facebook earlier in April, and she never received the product.

A first-block Longfellow caller reported Saturday morning a vehicle had been broken into.

A caller reported Saturday morning a car had been keyed.

County reports

A caller requested a deputy to stand by Friday morning in the 12000 block of W. Axline while he turned the power off. According to the report, a subject had threatened him with a pit bull over the issue.

A property manager reported Friday evening a residence was broken into in the first block of East SR 18.

A 12000-block West Allen Street caller reported her daughter's wallet was stolen out of a car in the driveway.

A first-block East SR 18 caller reported early Saturday morning a laptop was missing from the residence.

Fostoria reports

A caller from S&S Firearms, 1610 N. Countyline, reported Friday afternoon a subject who was acting strange was attempting to purchase a firearm.

A caller in the 400 block of East Tiffin Street reported Friday evening a step-son broke a window.

A possible break-in was reported Friday evening in the 500 block of Spruce Street.

A 1000-block Cherry Street caller requested to speak to an officer Friday evening about nails in her driveway.

Garrett Bays, 27, and Nicholas Thomson, 27, both of Findlay, were each charged with three counts of burglary early Saturday morning after police responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Peeler Drive for a report of three males beating up another male.

A caller reported early Saturday morning a white vehicle struck the side of the building at McDonalds, 626 N. Countyline. According to the report, the male driver seemed intoxicated, and a child was in the back of the vehicle. No damage was done to the building, and police were unable to located the vehicle.

A 5-year-old was reported to be walking the neighborhood searching for her dog early Saturday morning in the 500 block of North Union.

A caller reported Saturday morning a woman was screaming in the 1200 block of Perrysburg Road. Police did not hear anything at the location.

A caller from JF Swinehart Inc. reported Saturday morning the business had been broken into. According to the report, a lock had been broken, and there were pry marks. Nothing had been taken.

Fostoria accidents

An accident occurred Friday afternoon in the 600 block of North Main Street.

An accident occurred Friday evening in the 100 block of Lewis Street. No injuries were reported.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters responded to an unintentional alarm system activation Saturday morning at 54 S. Washington St.
