Omari Justice Hampton Moore was born Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital. He died later that day at Toledo Children's Hospital.
Surviving are his parents, Mariah S. Hampton and Jamel Moore of Fostoria; grandparents, Regina M. De La Rosa of Fostoria and Pamela Moore of New York; and great-grandparents, John A. (Rosalinda) De La Rosa, Christina De La Rosa, Dan Hampton and Ramona Hampton, all of Fostoria.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bryan Hampton.
His funeral is 1 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012, at the chapel of Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
Hoening Funeral Home, 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, is assisting the family.
