Tiffin reports

A man in the 100 block of Elmer Street reported Wednesday afternoon that a parent of a child at school had slapped his daughter.

A 17-year-old boy walked out of Columbian High School Wednesday afternoon and was found at his residence in the first block of Miami Street.

Michael Jacob Kerr was charged with disorderly conduct early Thursday morning.

Raymond D. Lewis, 20, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

Ryan J. Anderson, 35, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

A man at West TR 166 and CR 47 reported a man had spit on his vehicle and in his face Thursday morning.

Fostoria reports

A woman in the 300 block of Columbus Avenue reported Thursday morning that someone had stolen her son's Mongoose bike.

Russell Robinson Jr. was charged with assault Thursday morning.

A woman in the 4000 block of South SR 100 reported someone had attempted to break into her residence Wednesday afternoon.
