Three seniors in Vanguard-Sentinel Career and Technology Centers' criminal justice program have organized a "No Means No!" project that includes a walk, "Walk With Her Image," to spread awareness of rape. The walk is at Hedges-Boyer Park Saturday, with registration at 10 a.m. and the walk at noon. Registration is $5, shirts are $8 and bracelets are $1.50. Proceeds are to benefit crime victims' assistance in Seneca County. The seniors are Katelyn Teschner, Bettsville High School; Kaitlyn Smith, Columbian High School; and Kelly Joseph, Old Fort High School.
