The Norwalk Truckers rolled into town and Columbian couldn't slow them down, as the Truckers swept the Tornadoes, 5-0.
Victor Keller in No. 1 singles and the doubles team of Jared Fleming and Brandon Berry each took their opponents to three sets. Each won the opening set in their respective matches before the Truckers rallied to take the next two. Keller fell to Trevor Bowers 3-6, 6-2, 6-0. Fleming and Berry fell to Jordan Nickoli and Tim Lovatoo 1-6, 6-1, 6-4.
In the other singles matches, Harry Love beat Nick Gaietto, 6-0, 6-0, and Sid Beier beat Braden Kuhn, 6-0, 6-0.
In doubles action, Karson Schaechterle and Chase Meyers beat Mason McCool and John Obringer 6-2, 6-3.
Columbian falls to 6-3, 3-2 Northern Ohio League.
