Ozzy is a male Black and Tan Coonhound. He enjoys people and loves attention. He is not neutered. Ozzy may be adopted from the Seneca County Dog Warden's shelter, 3140 S. SR 100, for $30, which includes a 2012 dog license. The shelter is open 8-11 a.m. and by appointment 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments also are available.
