Mary J. Bodi, 84, of Tiffin, died at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.
Mary was born Oct. 26, 1927, in Toledo, to the late Paul and Loleta (Lake) Hoffman. She married Harold Bodi April 7, 1947, in Napoleon, and he preceded her in death.
Mary is survived by her three children, Harold (Jeslyn) Bodi of Sylvania, Nancy Bodi of Tiffin and Dennis (Beth) Bodi of Upper Sandusky; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred (Barb) Hoffman of Toledo; sister, Bonnie (George) Barbara of Toledo; and two sisters-in-law, Lila Hoffman and MaryAnn, both of Toledo.

Mary was a retired crossing guard. She enjoyed playing bingo in her younger years and just loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Seneca Memory Gardens, rural Tiffin.
There will be no visitation at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the charity of the donor's choice.
