Tiffin reports

A caller in the intersection of Second Avenue and Maule Road reported Thursday that someone had stolen railroad ties for the North West Ohio railroad yard.

A caller in the 100 block of Main Street reported Wednesday afternoon mowers had been stolen from their rental property.

Richard M. Chwalik, 27, was charged Thursday with confinement of a dog.

Burton J. Zender III, 44, was charged Thursday with confinement of a dog.

Fostoria reports

Richard F. Seaburn III was charged with aggravated assault Wednesday afternoon.

A woman came in to the police department, 213 S. Main St., to report her daughter had been in a physical altercation and would like to speak with an officer.

David W. Bumgardner was charged with domestic violence Thursday morning.

Zacharia Nathaniel Marshall was charged Thursday morning with domestic violence.

A woman in the 700 block of Circle Drive reported that someone was using her debit card and would like to file a report Thursday afternoon.

County reports

A man in the 2000 block of North TR 69 reported Wednesday afternoon vandalism at his residence.

A caller in the 3000 block of CR 1 reported a sexual abuse Wednesday afternoon.

A caller in the 1000 block of South Bon Air reported a man standing in the middle of the street with a shot gun Thursday morning.

A woman in the 1000 block of North Countyline Street reported Thursday afternoon that while dropping off her child, her female passenger had been attacked by a man.

Tiffin accidents

A non-injury accident was reported in the parking lot in Wal-Mart, 2801 W. SR 18, Wednesday afternoon.

A non-injury accident was reported at East Market and South Monroe streets Wednesday afternoon.

Fostoria accident

A non-injury accident was reported at Sandusky and Lynn streets Thursday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 91 Hedges St. for a building fire Wednesday afternoon.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 213 S. Main St. Thursday afternoon for a suspicious odor. Firefighters were unable to detect any problem.

County fire

Bloomville firefighters were called to assist in a non-injury accident Wednesday afternoon.

Sycamore firefighters were called to South SR 67 Thursday morning to assist in a non-injury motor vehicle accident.
