Tiffin reports

A caller in the 200 block of Circular Street reported Tuesday morning that a Time Warner Cable line was hanging in an alley next to the residence.

A caller in the 100 block of East Market Street reported Tuesday morning that someone had shot out their basement window with a BB gun.

A Tiffin University student in the 100-block of Hudson Street reported early Tuesday morning that someone had stolen an item out of his vehicle.

Brittany L. Bittigar, 22, of Fremont, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.

A woman in the first block of West Perry Street reported Monday afternoon that her van had been keyed.

County reports

A man in the 4000-block of South SR 53 reported Tuesday afternoon that someone had shot a hole in his window in his motor home.

Douglas A. Hook, 26, of Tiffin, was charged Tuesday with obstruction.

Seth D. Wilcox, 20, of Tiffin, was charged Tuesday with obstruction.

Fostoria Reports

A man in the 800 block of Leonard Street reported Monday afternoon that his landlord had been harassing him and he requested to speak to an officer.

An employe at the Certified gas station, 100 E. Lytle St. reported Monday afternoon that someone drove off without paying for gas.

A woman in the 500 block of Sandusky Street reported early Tuesday morning that someone had been messing with her vehicle, and would like an officer to check the area.

A woman in the 300 block of West Jackson Street reported Tuesday afternoon that her trash can had been stolen.

Fostoria Fire

Firefighters were called to 725 Columbus Ave. Tuesday morning for a possible gas odor. Firefighters found nothing.
