Patty Smith, a member of Tiffin Education Association, and Robbyne Sturgill, a member of Seneca East Education Association, received Northwestern Ohio Education Association's Local Service Award. Smith is an intervention specialist for Tiffin City Schools, and Sturgill is a second-grade teacher at Seneca East Local School District.
