Phoeba Hooper, 89, of West Center Street, Fostoria, died Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital.
She was born April 22, 1922, in Fostoria, to Alvin and Mina (Boatman) Feasel. She married Charles Glen Hooper in 1942 in Alexandria, Va., and they later divorced.
She is survived by a son, Jeff (Vickie) Hooper, and a daughter, Deborah Hooper, both of Fostoria; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her funeral is 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2012, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, with the Rev. Donald Goodwin officiating.
Visitation is 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be private at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.
