A caller reported Wednesday morning drug paraphernalia was found at the Lincoln Elementary School playground, 124 Ohio Ave.
A 100-block Hilcrest Drive man reported Wednesday morning someone had damaged his mailbox.
Terry L. Ellis, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with two counts of a dog at large Wednesday.
Taylor R. Paulus, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with underage Wednesday. She also was cited with failure to control on West CR 11 early Tuesday morning.
A 100-block Minerva Street caller reported Tuesday afternoon their apartment had been entered and some items were missing.

A 7000-block North Main Street man reported Tuesday evening a woman was pushing him and would not leave his yard. She broke a windshield and left in an unknown vehicle.
A 6000-block West SR?18 caller reported Wednesday morning someone had broken into their house and had stolen some items.
Andrew D. Bryant, 24, of Bettsville, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.
Darla J. Meade, 47, of Bellevue, was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct Wednesday.
Michael B. Ortner, 38, of Berlin Heights, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.
Brian J. Persinger, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.
Fostoria Reports
A female juvenile in the 1000 block of Park Avenue reported Wednesday morning a male juvenile had forced himself on her. A video showed no misconduct, however the incident is still under investigation.
A city worker in the 100 block of East Clark Street reported Wednesday morning they found a suspicious bag containing a white substance. The bag was turned over to an officer and placed into evidence to be destroyed.
A 400-block Stadium Drive man reported Wednesday afternoon his garage had been broken into and his dog had been reported missing.
