Tiffin reports

Klay Tire Oil Inc., 230 E Market St., reported Thursday morning theft of services.

A dispute between a man and a woman was reported Wednesday night in the Kroger parking lot, 790 W Market St.

Christopher W. Gill, 44, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Thursday.

An employee was reported stealing merchandise from Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., Wednesday afternoon.

A person in the 300 block of East Market Street reported Wednesday afternoon their house had been broken into and some items were missing and damaged.

Two yard ornaments were reported stolen in the 200 block of Franklin Street Wednesday afternoon.

A small child was reported naked and playing with a light outside on West Market Street Wednesday afternoon. No adult was seen to be with the child.

Chrissie M. Loghman, 49, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

Angela R. Felterman-Yonts, 24, was charged with endangerment of a child March 2.

County reports

A school bus supervisor at the former McCutchenville school property, South SR 53, reported Thursday morning a green minivan parked near the playground of the school would follow the bus and take pictures.

Fostoria reports

A youth in the 100 block of East Culbertson Street reported Wednesday afternoon being too afraid to go home due to an argument with a stepparent.

A woman in the 600 block of Stinchcomb Drive reported her wallet had been stolen Wednesday afternoon.

An identity theft was reported in the 700 block of West Center Street Thursday afternoon.

Gregory Rashan Davis, 34, was charged with aggravated burglary Thursday afternoon.

Anthony Byron Scott Jr., 25, was charged with domestic violence Monday.

Sarah Jean Sullivan-Williams, 20, was charged with domestic violence and failure to appear March 6.

Brenda Bernal, 47, was charged with assault March 4.

Latashia M. Shank, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct March 2.

Fostoria accidents

Stephanie N. Kleinmark, 29, was cited with failure to yield at a left turn Saturday.

A youth was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance Tuesday afternoon following a non-injury accident at the intersection of North Poplar and East Center streets.

Firefighters were called to 545 W. Market St. for an alarm malfunction Tuesday afternoon.
