A person in the 100 block of North Monroe Street reported a possible forgery scam Monday afternoon.

Mary J, Orona, 42, of Bloomville, was charged with theft Sunday afternoon.

County reports

A person called to report a stolen Yamaha four-wheeler Monday afternoon.

A woman reported her ex-fiance's mother threatened them with a gun Monday afternoon.

A man reported someone had broken to his vehicle and stolen some items Monday evening.

Fostoria Reports

A person in the 200 block of West Lytle Street reported their house was vandalized Monday evening. The house was egged and the front door was damaged.

Tonya R. Fulton, 43, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at the intersection of West South and South Union Streets Monday afternoon.

Kristopher G. Brubaker, 29 was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance Tuesday morning following a non-injury accident at the intersections of North State Route 23 and State Route 199.

Stacy L Keeley,41, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of N St. Rt. 12 and 619 Sandusky St.
