Tiffin reports

Keith M. Hoover, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

A person reported Sunday evening a purse was taken from a cart while a person was shopping at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18. The purse was located in a restroom and had money missing.

A person reported Sunday evening children were throwing bricks at windows of a building in the first block of South Washington Street.

A first-block Lindsay Avenue man reported Monday morning three of his security lights in the back yard were broken over the weekend.

Two juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct and juvenile delinquency Monday morning. A person had reported two students were fighting at North Central Academy, 928 W. Market St.

Derick A. Mestrez, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension Monday after an incident Sunday.

County reports

A 12000-block West Axline Street woman reported Sunday evening someone had been opening her mailbox.

A 3000-block North TR 80 resident reported Sunday evening a theft of property from a home. There was no forced entry, and the person knew who might have been responsible.

A 1000-block South TR 197 woman reported Monday morning an ongoing problem with her neighbor dumping trash on her property.

A 6000-block East SR 18 man reported early Monday morning he and his wife woke up to find someone with a flashlight in their breezeway. The person took off on foot down their driveway and fled toward the west. The person was unable to provide a physical description.

Fostoria reports

A man reported Sunday evening people were smoking marijuana near a car at City Park, 501 N. Vine St. Law enforcement was unable to locate the vehicle.

Aaron D. Piggue, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with theft early Monday morning.

A 700-block Portage Drive man went to the station Monday morning and reported money stolen from his vehicle.

A man was arrested after a person reported Monday afternoon a man and a woman were fighting in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

A 600-block Woodward Avenue man reported Monday afternoon he thought someone tried to break into his house. Entry was not gained.

Tiffin accidents

A citation of improper lane change was issued after a non-injury accident at West Market and Benner streets Sunday night.

Colten L. Sours, 22, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Wentz and West Market streets Sunday evening.

State Patrol accident

Jerrod M. Cutrell, 27, of Georgia, was cited with a operating vehicle without reasonable control after an accident on CR 51 Sunday afternoon.

Fostoria accidents

Dean A. Harmon, 47, of Arlington, was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident at East North and East Center streets in January.

Melissa S. Bryant, 27, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at East US 23 and South Main Street March 2. Felica Fleury, 17, of Fostoria, a passenger in the other vehicle driven by Mindy L. Goodin, 22, of Fostoria, was taken by Fostoria EMS to Fostoria Community Hospital.

Scott D. Kelley, 43, of Etna, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at East Lytle Street and US 23 March 2.

Emma M. Mendoza, 59, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at North Countyline and West Culbertson streets March 4.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at Columbus Avenue and East Lytle Street Monday afternoon.

An accident at West Center and North Wood streets was reported Monday afternoon.

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a two-vehicle accident in the 200 block of West South Street Monday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to an alarm system activation at 44 Hampden Park Sunday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.
