Tiffin reports

Morgan J. Wilson, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Saturday morning.

A 400-block Miami Street man reported Saturday afternoon he lost his checkbook and believed someone was using it.

Zachary C. Kramer, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-paraphernalia Saturday evening.

Ethan D. Barker, 22, of Green Springs, was charged with drugs-paraphernalia Saturday evening.

Law enforcement conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Tiffin and Jefferson streets early Sunday morning and learned a woman in the vehicle had been assaulted at DP's, 129 S. Washington St.

Law enforcement was flagged down early Sunday about a fight in the 100 block of South Washington Street.

A first-block Madison Street woman reported Sunday morning she heard someone in her house at 4 a.m. She reported the person opened her back gate and let her dog loose.

A person reported Sunday morning Seneca Sheet Metal, 277 Water St., was broken into overnight. A detective responded.

A 500-block South Sandusky Street man reported Sunday morning a wrought iron fence in his backyard was vandalized.

A person reported Sunday afternoon an ice cream banner on a metal pole was taken from the 400 block of West Market Street.

County reports

A 10000-block West TR 108 resident requested a deputy Saturday morning to report damage to the residence.

An 8000-block East CR 12 man reported Saturday afternoon a neighbor boy went to his house and said his dad hit him.

A Bettsville law enforcement officer advised Saturday evening he took a report of two vehicles broken into in a parking lot in the 3000 block of West SR 12.

A 2000-block West TR 18 woman reported Saturday night her mother saw two people looking into her window. Law enforcement was unable to locate anyone.

A 200-block Thomas Street man requested deputies Saturday night and reported items were missing from his garage. He believed he knew who took them.

A man went to the station Sunday morning to report his truck was scratched with a key while parked at Seneca County Fairgrounds, 100 Hopewell Ave.

Fostoria reports

A 1000-block Beier Drive resident reported Saturday evening a 10-year-old girl was afraid to go home. The mother allegedly had assaulted the child.

A person from the emergency room of Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported having an assault victim Saturday night. The incident was under investigation.

A man was arrested after a fight was reported early Sunday morning at Los Tocallos, 203 N. Main St., A.

An 800-block Woodward Avenue resident reported Sunday morning the theft of a gaming system.

A person reported Sunday afternoon a person in the 200 block of West Center Street was assaulted.

A 300-block West North Street man reported Sunday evening someone damaged his vehicle.

County accident

Joseph W. Moehling, 30, of Alvada, was cited with failure to control after an accident on West CR 10 Thursday afternoon.

State Patrol accident

Hugh E. Rathburn, 65, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way after an accident at SR 67 and TR 58 Sunday afternoon.

Fostoria accidents

Joshua J. Digby, 17, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Findlay and South Countyline streets March 5.

A citation of failure to yield on a left turn was issued after an accident at East Tiffin and South Poplar streets Sunday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a good intent call at 25 Brookwood Park Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to a good intent call at 181 S. Monroe St. Saturday evening.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to clean up antifreeze and check for injuries at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at Tiffin and Poplar streets Sunday afternoon.

County fire

Clinton firefighters were called to a grass fire on North SR 101 Sunday afternoon.

Bloomville firefighters were called to a field fire on TR 77 Sunday afternoon.

Elton C. Turner, Oak Park, Mich., failure to control case dismissed upon entry granting state's motion to dismiss.

Jacob D. Thompson, Leetonia, pleaded no contest to speed, two points, $115.

Tammie L. Keckler, Melmore, pleaded no contest to school bus violation, $162.

Corey L. Whipp, Lewisburg, pleaded guilty to operating vehicle impaired/under influence, six-month license suspension, complete/pay for driver intervention program, six points, $581; pleaded guilty to failure to control, $35.
