Elaine Luhring and Rudy Barinotto, both of Columbus, announce their engagement.
Elaine is the daughter of Michael and Karen Luhring of rural Tiffin. She is a 1998 graduate of Mohawk High Schoool, a 2002 graduate of DeVry University and a 2009 graduate of Keller Graduate School. She is a recruiter for JP Morgan Chase and Co.
Rudy is the son of Jorge Barinotto and Zoraida Ramos, both of Lima, Peru. He is a 1995 graduate of Jose Maria Eguren School and a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University. He is a senior operation analyst at JP Morgan Chase and Co.
