An attempted break-in was reported Thursday night in the 1100 block of Arthur Avenue. A woman reported she saw two people run from behind her residence when she returned home and damage was done to a screen.
A caller reported Friday morning a student was walking in the area of North Vine Street and Park Avenue wearing a mask and a black coat. Police were unable to locate anyone matching the description.
A theft was reported Friday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.
A phone scam was reported Friday morning in the 200 block of East South Street.
Tiffin accident
Jared M. Price, 21, of Findlay, was cited with failure to yield following an accident Friday morning at North Sandusky and Hall streets.
State Patrol
A single-vehicle rollover accident was reported Friday morning on West TR 110, east of South CR 7. At least one person was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Further details were not available.

Firefighters were called to an open burn Friday morning on Myers Court.
