PORT CLINTON - Free vessel safety inspections are offered each spring in northwest Ohio by Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Watercraft and its boating partners.
The first inspections of the season are being offered 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday and March 24 at Mazurik Boat Ramp in Danbury Township just east of Port Clinton.
Others this month are 2-3 p.m. March 25 at Turtle Creek Campground, and 5-6 p.m. March 30 and 9-10 a.m. March 31 at Fenwick Marina.
